Painting colourful joy.
Amy Lou Creates is known for her abstract art style inspired by nature and human emotions. She uses her work to connect with viewers on an emotional level and hopes to transform spaces and spark conversations.
Creating confidence.
As Amy started to grow as an artist and find her unique style, she needed a visual identity that felt aligned and gave her the confidence to say “I’m an artist” and empower her to hit her goals as a creative including entering art competitions for prestigious awards.
Capturing the flow of the brush.
Amy’s painting style uses a lot of lines and shapes, creating movement. Carrying this into the brand’s visuals was crucial. I did this by elongating the descenders and ascenders of the letters in the logo where it looked most like a flowing motion, giving the logo a bespoke flair; allowing it to work effortlessly alone but also compliment her work when needed alongside.
Original artworks adding personality to any wall.
At the heart of this personal brand lies a passion to inspire, empower and be bold. Amy’s abstract pieces do this with the extensive range of colours and shapes used. My challenge was bringing that energy into the visual identity whilst creating something that could work alongside her eye-catching artwork.

“Kirsty was efficient, creative and a joy to work with. She created a brand for my business that is simply perfect and I know it'll last the test of time. Kirsty really took the time to know and understand what I wanted before diving in.
Her communication was clear and she dealt with all my requests creatively and professionally. I loved working with Kirsty and would recommend to anyone looking to create some new branding.”
